Least customer service oriented Home Depot location. Bunch of new people, noone knows anything. Good luck if u need help w/something. What happened to all those good, hard working, smart people who used to be great workers n knew what they were doing????
Went looking for clear vinyl u channeling to protect the edge of some floating glass shelves. The first lady I asked sent me to vinyl siding for houses and acted like she couldn't be bothered helping me. The second person I asked suggested getting vinyl tubing and cutting it with a box cutter. He was really nice and I did get the vinyl tubing to test it out, but getting the u channeling would have been a huge time saver as i have 27 shelves i have to do this for.

I went to Home Depot needing a couple of items to fix a device I use all of the time. You know how it is, things need looked after to keep them in good working order. I am not familiar enough with the layout of Home Depot so I asked for assistance. An employee of Home Depot took his time, away from his own department, to walk me around to everything I was needing. That saved me a lot of time and aggravation. I knew that he valued me as a customer and more importantly as a person. The genuineness,. care and knowledge of the customer service at Home Depot is very impressive. Two Thumbs Up for Home Depot!!!
I think when an associate sees somebody struggling with plywood or anything they should stop what they doing and help the customer. I came and got one sheet of plywood 4 sheets of drywall 2x4's, all on one card a second card had a bathtub and some other items on it and all the associates watch me struggle pushing two cards through the cashier line and had to leave one inside the store. There were two Associates watching me with these two carts I asked one, is it okay if I leave one and go unload one. instead of offering to help he said okay and went about their business.
