If it wasn't for them carrying the brand of bike I wanted as others did not, I would have never shopped there. I would have walked out. I understand they have to expect when a customer comes in that they don't have experiance in biking. But even after explaining that I am a seasoned biker the guy helping me treated me like an idiot. That place is great if you like pretentious "Im wasting my time on an idiot" attitude and over priced products.

It was time for an annual tune-up for my Sirrus. I opted for Performance Bicycle in Glendale. When I went in to pick my bike up I headed out on a ride around the Cherry Creek Dam. I began to notice problems shifting into my ride, it got so bad, that I couldn't shift out of the big ring, and the rear shifting was not good either.
I took my bike back asking to speak with the manager. Justin immediately helped me. He recognized the problem, contacted his supervisor, Ben and they made the decision to refund my money for the tune-up, offered to fix the problem and give me back all the services I purchased on the Performance Service Plan! These guys stand behind their product! I couldn't have asked for more!! Really stand up guys!!

Jose, their amazing mechanic fixed my bike to perfection! I will always go back to this store, not only for their honesty in making things right for the consumer, but the quality of the work I received on my bike.
Called in advance to arrange for some basic bike maintenance. I was told to bring my bikes in and that they felt confident they could perform the needed work. After I took the time to load up my bikes and drive to the store, I was met at the door. I was told to load my bikes back up and bring them back in 2 weeks. No big deal, except I called in advance to avoid this sort of thing and they told me to bring in the bikes. They wasted my time.

If you want help choosing a bike, don't go here. I was in there for around 20 minutes. Only time staff said anything was when we were leaving. Three staff hiding behind the check stand with no one checking out. Tried to get their attention. If they would have approached me, I probably would have purchased.
